The Company’s registered office is located at Plot No. 94, Street No. 7, I-10/3, Islamabad, 44000, Pakistan. By placing an order with the Company, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Order Confirmation: All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours during regular business hours.
- Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or Pakistan’s national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Charges & Terms for Pakistan Orders
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders with a total value of Rs. 2,999 or more.
- Shipping Fee: For orders under Rs. 2,999, a shipping fee of Rs. 199 will be applied.
- Order Timing:
- Before 12:00 Noon: Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped on the same day via a Registered Courier Service.
- After 12:00 Noon: Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be dispatched on the next business day.
- Weekends and Holidays: Orders received on Sundays or on Pakistan’s national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Status Updates: You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on our website or through the courier’s tracking service. If tracking details are not updated within the expected time frame, please contact our customer support.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Delivery within Pakistan typically takes between 1 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays).
